Lil bit of a harder day food-wise today cuz football ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ Boys had our usual football yummies (cheesy chili dip, pizza etc)
I ate well today for sure thanks to my Restoration Wellness plan and recipes-and being down over 6lbs in 5 days def makes it easier to stay on plan 🎉🎉
Lunch was spicy beef wraps w riced cauliflower and berries. Dinner was grilled chicken w chiavettas marinade and honey mustard w some garden fresh tomatoes from our neighbor.
(Keith is down 4lbs-the first time ever that I’ve lost weight faster than him ☺️)
