Lunch today was ridiculous.
1) I never eat red meat but started again for this plan and I’m not mad bout it
2) I did not eat all these peppers and onions, but my own reverse psychology is filling up a big plate and saying to myself “you can have this all!” And then not finishing all the veggies. Feels Less like deprivation.
Rice caluliower is a current fave. And homemade steak sauce. And a few berries for sweetness.
Traders joes grinder spice selection is wonderful. So grateful for it.
