For the first 45 days of my Restoration Wellness plan, i fast thru breakfast. I actually love this bc I’ve never ever been a breakfast person. I can drink metabolic coffee within the first hour that I get up and that’s perfect.
It would be far harder/almost Impossible if I had to stop eating by a certain time. The only caveat to my plan for night eating is to be done eating three hours before bedtime.
Lunch today looks like this:
Three eggs scrambled w coconut oil, leftover veggies from last night and a handful of spinach. Topped w salsa.
So so yum!!
