Ten day update for my Restoration Wellness program:
Down almost 11.5lbs š¤Æš¤Æš¤Æš±š±š±
I kinda like eating the same foods for a while so I’m refraining from boring you all w my turkey meatloaf (as delish as it is) every other day and my eggs every other day (switch out proteins daily).
But I will say I made Coconut GROUND BEEF CURRY with Turmeric and I’m bout to be making that w ground Turkey tomorrow so I can eat it every day it’s so good š¤
